Episode 021: I warp and more fun with animations
No real work today - but a lot of fun with the iwarp plugin and a little bit of the GAP (Gimp Animation Package). And you get some more advice about making animations by some of the viewers.
You find Jeffegg2’s baby picture here. Still a bit of a wrinkled forehead - but definitely a smile.
The GAP tutorial at gimp.org has more informations about GAP.
Don’t forget to make a panorama and put it into the photogroup!

Rolf, you do amaze me again.
Take a look at our site: dutchgimpers.nl
Here I showed the dutch gimpers a morph example.

I wrote them that I don’t believe in the evolution but it’s nice to produce such things.
And later I had promised someone to wrote a tutorial about it but because of you I don’t have to do this. Thanks a lot.
Oh, and by copying a screenshot and naming your site a hope you will get some new visitors. Keep going on, Rolf!
Regards GS

I just read your thread on dutchgimpers.nl.
Good promotion!
You can dub the video or put subtitles on it - it’s under Creative Commons licence. But that takes time……

You must have at least two layers open - in one ore several images. Then you can select the image on top of the two images in the morph dialoge.

Has anyone had any joy with GAP 2.4.0 for windows and morphing? At the moment I get a series of grey frames created between the two images I want to morph to and from.
Thank you for any suggestions.
